مزَّقَ يمزِّق، تمزيقًا، فهو مُمزِّق، والمفعول مُمزَّق

مزَقه؛ شقّه، قطَّعه تقطيعًا

• أصابه بأسًى عميق
• مزَّق فَروتَه/ مزَّق عِرْضَه : اغتابه وطعن فيه/ شتمه
• مزّقه إرْبًا إرْبًا : قطّعه إلى قطع كثيرة.

• to inflict deep grief upon him
• to ruin his reputation / to attack his honor: to backbite and slander him / to curse him
• to tear him limb from limb: to cut him into many pieces.

شتّتهم، فرَّقهم في كُلِّ وجه من البلاد

to scatter tyrants, to disperse them in every direction of the land.
