جج سِدَر، مف سِدْرة : (نت) شجر النبق وهو نوعان : نوع ينبت قرب العيون والأنهار قليل الشوك طريّه؛ عظيم الثمار، وهو من طعام أهل الجنّة، ونوع ذو أشواك صغير الثمار، وهو من طعام أهل النار
🇬🇧 Translation:
Plural: plural: sidar, singular: sidrah : (Botany) Lote tree (Ziziphus lotus) and it is of two types: a type that grows near springs and rivers, has few thorns, is tender; its fruit is large, and this is from the food of the people of Paradise, and a type that has thorns, its fruit is small, and this is from the food of the people of Hell (Lote tree/Sidr).
