ذاع، فشا وانتشر بين الناس وأصبح معلومًا للجميع

الذّائع والمعروف والمُتعارف عليه أنَّ.

شاع العقارُ

كان مُشترَك الملكيَّة، غيرَ مقسَّم

Was jointly owned, undivided (To be held in common/undivided).
