شوْحَط

مف شَوْحَطَة : (نت) نوعٌ من شجر جبال السَّراة تُتّخذ منه القِسيّ ونباته قضبان تنمو كثيرة من أصل واحد، وورقه رقاق طوال، وله ثمرة مثل العنبة الطويلة إلاّ أن طرفها دقيق وهي ليّنة تُؤكل.
🇬🇧 Translation:
Singular: shawhatah : (Plant) a type of tree in the Sarat mountains from which bows are made, its plant consists of rods growing thickly from a single root, its leaves are thin and long, and it has a fruit like a long grape except its tip is fine and it is soft and edible (Shawhat tree (Bow-wood tree)).
