ج عصائدُ : دقيقٌ يُضاف إليه الماءُ ويُحرَّك على نارٍ هادئة حتَّى يغْلُظَ قوامُه فَيُصَبُّ عليه السَّمنُ واللَّبنُ المُحَلَّى بالعَسَلِ أو السُّكَّر
