ج طَوَاغٍ وطَواغيتُ :

شيطان، أو كل من عُبد من دون الله تعالى من الجن والإنس والأصنام، وكلُّ رئيس لعقيدة ضلال، يستوي فيه الواحد وغيره والمذكَّر والمؤنَّث

Satan, or anything worshipped besides Allah the Almighty, whether jinn, humans, or idols, and any leader of misguidance; the term is used for singular, plural, masculine, and feminine

طاغية ظالم ومعتدٍ غاشم (للمذكّر والمؤنّث)

A tyrannical oppressor and brutal aggressor (used for both masculine and feminine)
