reflexive of (علَّلَ / علَّلَ على): acquired it, knew and mastered it well.
- جهلهم بما ينبغي معرفته
- أنصاف المتعلِّمين : ذوو المعرفة السطحيّة.
🇬🇧 Translation:
- their ignorance of what ought to be known
- Semi-educated: those with superficial knowledge.
