تملَّكَ/ تملَّكَ على يتملَّك، تَملُّكًا، فهو مُتملِّك، والمفعول مُتملَّك

ملكها قهرًا وغصبًا وعنوةً، استولى عليها وكان في قدرته أن يتصرّف فيها كما يريد

Possessed it by force, usurpation, and coercion; took it over and was able to dispose of it as he wished.

صار مَلِكًا عليهم يتصرّف في مصالحهم ويأمرهم وينهاهُم، وله عليهم حقُ الطّاعة

🇬🇧 Translation:

Became a king over them, managing their interests, commanding and forbidding them, with the right to be obeyed by them.
