جَدَّ ولَزِمَ

قرّره، أراد فعله وعقد عليه نِيَّته

Decided it, intended to do it, and set his mind upon it

أمره وشدَّد عليه

🇬🇧 Translation:

Ordered him and urged him strongly

أقسم عليه

🇬🇧 Translation:

Swore upon him
