كلُّ ما جُمع وقُبض عليه بِجُمْع الكفّ
🇬🇧 Translation:
Everything that is gathered and grasped with a handful (Handful/Bunch).
قُبْضَة حشيش اختلط فيها الرّطب واليابس، وبه شُبِّهت الأحلام المختلطة التي لا تُتبيَّن حقائقها
🇬🇧 Translation:
A handful of grass in which green and dry are mixed, to which mixed dreams whose truths cannot be discerned are compared.
- ما كان منها ملتبسًا مضطربًا يصعب تأويلُه
- ضغث من خبر : ما اختلطت فيه الحقيقةُ بالوهم.
🇬🇧 Translation:
- That which is ambiguous and confused, difficult to interpret
- (Ḍighth min khabar) News in which truth is mixed with illusion.

" {وَخُذْ بِيَدِكَ ضِغْثًا فَاضْرِبْ بِهِ وَلَا تَحْنَثْ} "

" {wakhudh biyadika dighthan fadrib bihi wala tahnath} (And take in your hand a bunch [of grass] and strike with it and do not break your oath). "
