حرف ناسخ من أخوات إنَّ ينصب الاسمَ ويرفع الخبرَ، يفيد التَّشبيه إذا كان خبره جامدًا، وإذا دخلت عليه (ما) الزائدة كفَّته عن العمل

A ناسخ particle from the sisters of inna, which places the noun in the accusative and the predicate in the nominative, denoting comparison if its predicate is a non-derivative (jamid). If the redundant (za'idah) 'ma' is attached to it, it prevents it from governing.
