حرف يفيد الردع والزجر والاستنكار، يجوز الوقوف عليه، والابتداء بعده

" {كَلَاّ سَنَكْتُبُ مَا يَقُولُ} : زجر لمن كفر
{قَالَ أَصْحَابُ مُوسَى إِنَّا لَمُدْرَكُونَ. قَالَ كَلَاّ إِنَّ مَعِيَ رَبِّي سَيَهْدِينِ} : لتنتهوا عن هذا القول "
