ج أصواع وأَصْوُع وصُوعان وصِيعان : مكيال تُكال به الحبوبُ ونحوها، هو أربعة أمداد، ويُقدَّر الآن بثلاثة عشر كيلوجرامًا تقريبًا (يذكّر ويؤنّث)

🇬🇧 Translation:

Plural: (أصواع, أَصْوُع, صُوعان, صِيعان). A measure used for grains and the like, equal to four mudds, estimated nowadays at approximately 13 kilograms (can be masculine or feminine).

كافأه بضِعف شرِّه
ردَّ له صاعًا بصاع : كافأه بمثل شرِّه.

🇬🇧 Translation:

To repay someone with double his evil; to return tit for tat: to reward someone with the equivalent of his evil.
