وحَى اللهُ في قلبه الإخلاصَ: ألهمه إيَّاه

God inspired sincerity in his heart: inspired him with it.
وحَى إليه بالانصراف/ وحَى له بالانصراف: أشار وأومأ، أشار إليه إشارة سريعة

Signaled him to leave: gestured and nodded, gave him a quick sign.
