ج زَلازِلُ : (جو) زِلْزال، هِزَّة أرضيّة طبيعيّة تنشأ تحت سطح الأرض، سببُها تحرُّر الضَّغط المتراكم عبر الشُقوق الجيولوجيَّة نتيجة لنشاط بركانيّ، أو تزحزُح في الصخور.
