فاقد الإحساس : بليد
فاقد الذَّاكرة : مُصاب بفقد الذاكرة
فاقد الشُّعور/ فاقد الوعي : مَغْشيّ عليه، بليد
فاقد الشَّيء لا يعطيه [مثل] : مَنْ لا يملك علمًا أو خُلُقًا لا يُنتظر منه أن يعلِّمه للآخرين
فاقد الضَّمير : يتصرّف دون وازع من ضمير.

An alternative copy for a lost document
فاقد الإحساس (Insensitive, numb)
فاقد الذَّاكرة (Amnesiac, suffering from memory loss)
فاقد الشُّعور/ فاقد الوعي (Unconscious, insensible)
فاقد الشَّيء لا يعطيه [مثل] : مَنْ لا يملك علمًا أو خُلُقًا لا يُنتظر منه أن يعلِّمه للآخرين (One who does not possess a thing cannot give it [proverb]: whoever lacks knowledge or morals is not expected to teach them to others)
فاقد الضَّمير (Unscrupulous, acts without a conscience).

من مات زوجها أو ولدها أو حميمها، ويقال لها أيضًا فاقدة بالتاء المربوطة

(جر) ما لا يمكن تصريفه وبيعه من الإنتاج لعيب فيه

(قن) مصطلح قانونيّ يُطلق على الوثيقة التي ليست في عهدة منشئها الأصليّ أو وريثه القانونيّ.

(Law) A legal term applied to a document that is not in the custody of its original creator or legal heir.

فاقد الأهليّة

(قن) القاصر والمجنون والمحجور عليه والسفيه والمفلس.

🇬🇧 Translation:

(Law) A minor, an insane person, a person under interdict, a prodigal, and a bankrupt.

🇬🇧 Translation:

" لا تتزوجن فاقدًا وتزوج مُطلقة (Do not marry a woman who has suffered a loss, and marry a divorcee) "
