نقْض الحُكْم
(قن) إبطال الحُكْم إذا كان قد صدر مبنيًّا على خطأ في تطبيق القانون أو تأويله، أو كان هناك خطأ جوهريّ في إجراءات الفَصْل أو بطلان في الحكم. والنَّقض قد يصيب الحكم المدنيّ والحكم الجنائيّ على السَّواء متى كان أحدهما قد صدر نهائيًّا من المحاكم الابتدائيّة.

(Law) The annulment of a judgment if it was issued based on an error in the application or interpretation of the law, or if there was a fundamental error in the separation procedures or nullity in the judgment. (قن) صورة رسميّة من النُّسخة الأصليّة للحُكْم، يكون التنفيذ بموجبها، وهي تُخْتم بخاتم المحكمة، ويوقِّع عليها الكاتب المختصّ بذلك بعد أن يذيِّلها بالصيغة التنفيذية.

عقاب الأشخاص المشتبه بهم دون اللّجوء للإجراءات القانونيَّة.
