(نح) أقصر صورة من الكلام تدلّ على معنًى مستقلّ بنفسه وتشتمل على مُسند ومُسند إليه، وهي في العربيّة نوعان : جُمْلة فعليّة تبدأ بفعل وجُمْلة اسميّة تبدأ باسم

(Gram) The shortest form of speech indicating an independent meaning, comprising a predicate (musnad) and a subject/topic (musnad ilayh). In Arabic, it is of two types: verbal sentence (jumla fi'liyya) beginning with a verb, and nominal sentence (jumla ismiyya) beginning with a noun.
