ج مَجَرَّات : (فك) مجموعة كبيرة من النُّجوم، بالإضافة إلى غازات وغبار، تتراءى من الأرض كوشاح أبيض يعترض السَّماء، ويقال لها نهر المجرَّة وتسمِّيها العامة : درب التّبَّانة.
