رَهْن عقاريّ
(قن) عقد يضع بموجبه المدين عقارًا في يد دائنه، أو في يد عدل ويخوَّل الدائن حقّ حبس العقار إلى أن يدفع له دينه تمامًا.

(Law) A contract by which the debtor places real estate in the hands of his creditor, or in the hands of a third party, and the creditor is authorized to retain the real estate until his debt is fully paid (Mortgage).
رَهْن غير حيازيّ
(قن) الرهن الذي يقدِّمه الدائن إلى مدينه من دون إعطائه الحقّ الكامل في التصرُّف به
