اتِّفاق ضمنيّ

(سة) اتِّفاق حاصل بين شخصين أو أكثر بطريقة غير معلنة أو غير مباشرة، أي بوسيلة لا تتَّفق والمألوف بين الناس في الكشف عن الإرادة، ولكن يمكن أن تستنبط منها دلالة التعبير في ضوء ظروف الحال، وليس هناك فارق بين الاتِّفاق الصريح والاتِّفاق الضمنيّ من حيث النتيجة.
