ج أنساب (لغير المصدر) :

تتابع النّسل في أسرة، قرابة بالاشتراك في الأبوين أو أحدهما

Lineage, pedigree, kinship through both or one of the parents

Experts in genealogy and lineages within a single family or race
Defaming one's lineage: criticizing or impugning it
Book of lineages: a register recording the pedigrees of horses, cattle, or the like

(نح) إلحاق الاسم ياءً مشددة مكسورًا ما قبلها للدلالة على نسبته إلى المجرد منها

(Arabic Grammar) The process of suffixing a doubled ya' with a kasrah on the preceding letter to a noun to indicate its relation to the base form.

{فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَلَا أَنْسَابَ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَلَا يَتَسَاءَلُونَ} "
